Going into Subiaco with Zain and walking around for an hour and a half, trying to find somewhere to get my photos developed. Complete waste of time, but very fun!
Just some things that have happened and that I don't want to forget in a hurry. :)
Roleplaying on The Sight with Katie for the whole of year 7, and constantly talking about it at school. Making all our other friends bored with all our talk about wolves. :P
Rachel and Cat and Sophie and I all writing letters to each other at the end of last year in each others SOSE books. I reread them yesterday and it made me all happy. :)
Breakfast in Subiaco with Sophie on the summer holidays. Having breakfast and feeling like "Adults" and then wandering through carparks back to her house, before the heat of the day really set in.
Seeing Serenity four times in the cinemas: once with Mum, once with Katie, once with Rach, Cat & Em, and once with Heather and Zain. Good times. ;)
Going mulberry picking with Sophie, Meg & Ellen last year in Subiaco.
Going to The Strokes on the 9th of August with Soph & Cat. Making friends with the italian stoner. Yelling to Matt when he was setting up the drums, and getting odd looks from the guys next to us. ("He's not even in the band!") Pretending to hit on the bouncers. Screaming ourselves silly all through the concert. Yelling "NIIIIICK!" and even though he couldn't see us, feeling accomplished. Running around the whole of Challenge afterwards, trying to find them.
Sleeping over at Cat's with Emily and Alinta for our Ningaloo Reef project. Waking up at 5am with lipstick drawn all over my face. Sitting on Cat's kitchen floor with Emily, playing with fun-dough and acting "high". Making Eco the star and the crazy bird.
Going to my first concert with Cat and Zain: BELLE & SEBASTIAN! June 7th, 2006. Laughing about the "kareoke queen" and all buying B&S shirts so we could be matching for free dress day.
Going to Cat's farm to film the Holes documentary. Playing in the dried up dam and getting our feet all dirty and sore. Eating the weird tasting biscuits and home brand peaches. Watching "Smile Time" and playing "who would you rather?" in the guest house.
